Scalable property website system with a custom component library enabling rapid deployment of unique designs for each acquisition.
Reap Capital, a private equity group that purchases underperforming multifamily assets and increases their revenue by renovating, upgrading, repositioning, or improving them, has been working with AKH Digital since 2019. Reap has nearly $225 million in assets under management with 20 transactions since 2018, all while averaging a staggering 34.25% IRR.
AKH began working with Reap Capital in 2019 on a website design. Since then, AKH has built over a dozen websites for Reap, including a fully customizable digital library for all of their property websites.
The goal was to migrate the process of developing a property website following an acquisition away from Wordpress to a fully custom HTML/CSS website.
To meet this goal, AKH developed a components library with variants of each major section of the website: header, hero section, about, photo library etc.
This allowed us to have a digital repository of each component variation for the client to preview for new acquisitions. It also made the process of developing new websites much smoother. Each new property website going forward will now have a distinct and unique look.
Multiple header variations with different navigation styles and branding options.
Various content layouts with different image placement and call-to-action options.
Customizable footers with social media links and copyright information.
Various service components with different image placement and call-to-action options.
